OMAHA – Financial Transmission Network, Inc. (FTNI) has added the ability for merchants to process ACH payments through its proprietary payment platform allowing the user now two ways to accept payments from consumers.
Kurt Matis, FTNI President said, “Now that we have incorporated credit card processing, the FTNI platform has the triple threat of payment processing. No other platform allows clients all three payment types on one interface.” The new module greatly compliments FTNI’s current modules, which include check scanning and ACH processing. FTNI has already entered into a verbal agreement with its first credit card ISO, whom will utilize the functionality. This agreement came out of the Electronic Transaction Show held in May 2008.
The platform, designed using Microsoft .NET environment, will allow the business owner to bank deposits without ever leaving their desks. FTNI’s ETran platform incorporates check scanning, ACH processing and credit card processing on a single user interface that is deployed in a managed-service environment. This solution allows FTNI customers to quickly and easily offer a full-range of processing capabilities on a platform that is easy to deploy and easy to use. Payment data can be uploaded into most accounting systems, and images can be archived at FTNI’s secure data facility. With today’s announcement the system will also now support ACH processing.
