Offering Businesses Full PCI-Compliant credit card and ACH payments via iFrame and Jsonp technologies

OMAHA, NE. – February 28, 2011 – Financial Transmission Network Inc. (“FTNI”), a provider of industry leading payment solutions, today announced that it has expanded its web payment integration options for its customers to include iFrame and Jsonp methods. These embedded methods compliment FTNI’s current ability to host the entire website for merchants.

This technology makes it easy for small businesses to begin accepting online payments from their customers for directly billed invoices or alternatively to incorporate a shopping cart or other consumer-facing web application into their remittance strategies. Implementing this technology allows the merchant to maintain their website and accept payments but does not require the merchant to store sensitive payment information.

This is the latest enhancement to FTNI’s ETran platform which incorporates check scanning, ACH processing and credit card processing on a single, PCI-compliant managed platform (“SaaS”) to help clients reduce costs, accelerate timelines and improve transaction processing quality. Since the web payment technology is incorporated and delivered seamlessly within FTNI’s SaaS-based ETran platform, merchants are able to manage all of their incoming payments on a single platform. This enhancement also makes ETran’s recurring payment functionality, for both ACH and credit cards and for both fixed and variable amounts, available to a wider audience.

Companies such as Mutual of Omaha Insurance, The Cunneen Group and American National Bank have already utilized this technology in 2010.

Kurt Matis, President of FTNI, commented, “Online payments continue to be an expanding area for businesses that are looking for the most convenient way to allow their customers to pay. By expanding our web-integration offerings we’re enabling businesses to easily add this functionality to their online presence without a lot of IT resources required on their side. And since it works seamlessly with our existing options of cash, ACH and credit card it allows these businesses a one-stop shop for all their receivable needs.”
