OMAHA, Neb. October 9, 2023 Financial Transmission Network, Inc. (FTNI), a provider of industry-leading accounts receivable automation, payment processing and cash application solutions, today announced that Maximum Quality Foods (MQF), a family-owned and operated foodservice distributor offering over 4,000 products to customers across eight states, has successfully launched multiple new payment acceptance and cash application automation solutions, powered by FTNI’s ETran platform.

With over forty-five years of experience in foodservice distribution, Maximum Quality Foods firmly believes Customer Service, Product Quality and Value are the keys to success. Maximum Quality Foods proudly serves New Jersey, New York and Long Island as well as parts of Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland, offering poultry, produce, take-out supplies and Italian foods & ingredients.

Through the new online payment portal, MQF customers are able to conveniently view, select and pay open statements and invoices, store payment methods for future use, and review past payment history. Customers also have the ability to set up recurring AutoPay (automatic debit) payments based on their unique payment terms and open invoices. These new Online Payment and Autopay (automatic debt) solutions allow Maximum Quality Foods to streamline the acceptance, processing and cash application of all incoming electronic payments from a single platform that is trusted by 100+ distributors across the U.S. and Canada.

For payments made by check, FTNI’s Mobile Payment and Advanced Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) solutions are helping Maximum Quality Foods to modernize check processing operations by accelerating the acceptance, depositing, and posting of checks accepted both in the field and at the office, matching payments to customer accounts and invoices and automatically transmitting payment details for cash application into MQF’s back-office system(s).

FTNI’s ETran platform is a highly-configurable, modular solution that enables organizations to streamline and automate the complete A/R lifecycle, from invoice/statement presentment to payment acceptance, processing, and ultimately cash application operations—all on a single, cloud-based platform.
