Michael Thompson

As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Thompson brings more than 25 years of operational and transaction processing management experience to FTNI’s clients. Mr. Thompson has been instrumental in helping leading organizations spanning multiple industries streamline their accounts receivables operations across multiple payment methods (check, ACH, credit card, cash) and channels (called-in, mailed-in, in-person, online, mobile) to achieve straight-through processing on a single, truly integrated receivables platform .

Prior to joining FTNI, Mr. Thompson held key management positions with companies such as TD Waterhouse, R. J. Thompson Securities and Nebraska Book Company.
