FTNI Announces Partnership with Contact Automation

ETran Adds another payment channel through industry leading IVR Vendor

OMAHA, NEB. – April 23, 2013 – Financial Transmission Network Inc. (FTNI), a provider of industry leading receivable management solutions, today announced that it is joining forces with Contact Automation, a leading provider of hosted Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions.

Well-known as an Integrated Receivables Platform that accepts all payment methods, ETran will partner with Contact Automation (CA), adding yet another payment channel to an already impressive list. In addition to mail, walk-in, phone, web and mobile payments, ETran will now be able to accept payments through Contact Automation’s hosted IVR channel.

In addition to FTNI’s mobile and web payments module, Contact Automation’s IVR will provide another “self-service” origination point for both ACH and Credit card payments for our customers. This channel will reduce client’s processing costs and automate their receivables workflow.

With their first joint customer already in place, Doug Fisher (FTNI’s EVP of Software Solutions) was enthusiastic about the opportunities this will bring both companies. “The strength of this partnership will add further value to CA’s and FTNI’s existing customers and provide growth in new markets.”  Fisher goes on to say, “Since both solutions are SaaS based, the integration work was minimal”.
